Whether you’re navigating the stretch of new motherhood or just trying to make space for yourself in the midst of everything else, this membership is an invitation to create rhythms of rest, reflection, and realignment.
Each month, we move through Be Well’s three pillars:

Movement isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. It’s how we reconnect with the body, honor our rhythms, and take up space. Be Well movement sessions are accessible, affirming, and rooted in joy.

My wellness coaching program is a 3 month commitment for women who are ready to be consistent with their care and clear about what wellness actually looks like in their life. Together, we build a personal wellness strategy that’s aligned with your body, your values, your season, and your soul.
As a Certified Health Education Specialist, Reiki practitioner, and intuitive guide with over a decade in public health and healing-centered care, I blend evidence-based strategy with spiritual grounding. During this three months journey, I walk with you—not ahead of you, —as you reclaim your time, rhythm, and power.
Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month (virtual or in-person if local)
