Our Public Health Advising supports institutions, coalitions, and leaders in strengthening the relationship between public health systems and the communities they aim to serve. We specialize in creating bridges of trust and dialogue, particularly in communities that have been historically marginalized or underserved.
With an emphasis on systems-level strategy and culturally responsive engagement, we help partners shape initiatives that reflect the values, needs, and lived realities of the people they serve. This includes advising on stakeholder engagement frameworks, facilitating authentic community input, and aligning public health efforts with equity-driven goals. We bring a lens of clarity and care to every collaboration—grounded in our deep commitment to transforming how public health connects with people.
Our Community Wellness Program Design is centered on co-creating grassroots wellness initiatives that emerge from, and are sustained by, the communities themselves. These services are ideal for organizations and local leaders looking to cultivate on-the-ground, community-driven wellness programs that are both culturally meaningful and results-oriented.
From designing maternal health workshops to developing youth mentorship programs, we work alongside our partners to build programs rooted in lived experience, local leadership, and community wisdom. Through participatory planning, evaluation design, and capacity-building support, we help shape wellness ecosystems that are inclusive, resilient, and deeply rooted in place.
In partnership with the Forsyth County Department of Public Health, Be Well Collective facilitated the Making It Work: Returning to Work After Baby series as part of a community maternal and child health initiative. Through this contract, Be Well Collective developed and delivered educational workshops for expecting and new parents, provided evidence-informed resources, facilitated participant discussions, and conducted program evaluation to assess participant experiences and outcomes. The series was designed to increase confidence, knowledge, and preparedness among families navigating parental leave and returning to the workforce, while supporting broader community efforts to improve maternal and family well-being.
